1. Who we are
CloutChasing.com ("Clout Chasing", "we", "us") is owned and operated by Hood Box Office LLC. By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
2. Mature content
Clout Chasing posts real-life viral videos, celebrity moments and street culture. Some posts contain strong language and mature themes. You must be at least 18 years old to submit content.
3. Clips you send us
You keep ownership of the videos, photos, text and other material you send us ("Your Content"). When you send Your Content, you give Hood Box Office LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, edit, crop, caption, add our branding to, publish, distribute, perform and display Your Content in any media now known or later developed. This includes the right to promote Clout Chasing and Hood Box Office with it, and to make it available to partners for syndication and distribution. You also allow us to show your name or handle with Your Content. We don't have to post anything you send, and we don't pay for submissions unless we agree to that in writing.
4. Your promises
When you send Your Content, you promise that: (a) you filmed or created it, or you hold all the rights needed to send it and give us the license above; (b) you have permission from every identifiable person in it to use their name and likeness, or it was recorded in a public place where that permission isn't required; (c) it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights; (d) it doesn't show anyone under 18 in a sexual, violent or humiliating situation; and (e) the information you give us about it is true.
5. Not allowed
Don't send or post: content you don't own or have rights to; sexually explicit content; anything involving minors in a harmful situation; private information about other people (addresses, phone numbers, documents); threats or content that encourages violence; content that promotes illegal activity; or spam and malware. We can remove anything at any time, for any reason.
6. Videos from other platforms
Many posts embed videos hosted on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and other platforms. Those videos stay on those platforms and are subject to their terms. We don't host those files.
7. Copyright complaints and repeat infringers
We respond to copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our DMCA Policy for how to send a notice or counter-notice. We block people who repeatedly send content that infringes others' rights: after two valid notices, a submitter can no longer send clips.
8. Our content
The Clout Chasing name, logo, site design, headlines and write-ups belong to Hood Box Office LLC. Don't copy them without our written permission. Captions and commentary on posts are our opinion and reaction to what the video shows.
9. No warranties; limits on liability
The site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hood Box Office LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability to you is limited to $100.
10. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of Your Content or because you broke these Terms, you agree to cover our losses and reasonable legal costs.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. The date below shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, where Hood Box Office LLC is registered.
